Swire Properties Sustainable Development Report 2022

Swire Properties works hard to include sustainable development in everything they do. Because of this, they are getting recognized all over the world. They are ranked first in Asia and fourth among property companies globally on the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI). They’ve also topped the Hang Seng Corporate Sustainability Index for the fifth year in a row. Their reports capture the attention of stakeholders, staff and the media, so they ensure that the reports are easy for everyone to understand. Daly Creations supported the production company to advise on brand design, key messages, illustrations, page layouts, graphics, and image choices. We acted as "creative director" to align the report with on-going anniversary campaign messaging and visual identity.
