Getting back to work after lockdown has been challenging for us all, so when AXA published their Mind Health Guide it was a relief and a great source of information. Working within their corporate guidelines I created a series of social posts aimed at SME's human resource managers. Each post highlighting the mental strain their employees were under and how they could help.
